And the winners are...


       

They just don't understand...

“It’s just a headache,” they smugly say.
“Take two aspirins – ’twill go away.
“A Tylenol will do the deed” –
Don’t we wish that’s all we need!

A migraine headache they’ve never had –
They have no clue we feel so bad.
Don’t they know we wouldn’t lie?
We cannot function . . . we’d rather die.

Thank goodness there are now new meds
To prevent and treat our aching heads.
But we live our lives in constant fear
A sudden migraine will interfere.

And they just don't understand . . .
