Our Mission and Purpose

Education and support are essential to anyone living with Migraine disease and/or headaches. The mission of this site is to provide you with educational content, support resources, and information about advocacy efforts intended to help improve the lives of headache and Migraine sufferers.
Some pages on this site are also intended to present my book, Living Well with Migraine Disease and Headache, and to share information about products I find to be helpful. In some cases, product links are affiliate links from which I receive an affiliate referral fee.

Our primary audience is patients with headache disorders, their family and friends, and others who wish to learn about Migraine disease and other headache disorders.
