Potential Migraine Trigger Foods

There are many lists of potential trigger foods. Some of the foods are found on most of the lists; others vary because the "experts" disagree. It really doesn't matter though because triggers are very individualized. Each Migraineur must find which, if any, foods are triggers for them. Below is a list of potential trigger foods.
