Medical terminology can be extremely confusing. Rather than avoiding it, it's beneficial to us to learn the terms we're likely to hear from our doctors.
 

Ischemic Stroke: stroke caused by thrombosis or embolism, i.e. caused by a blockage of a cerebral blood vessel.
 

Example: Angina can be frightening and lead people to think they're having a heart attack.
