Dear Teri,

I am writing to follow up on our call from earlier today. As we discussed, scheduling problems have developed for some of our key participants for the NHF Dallas Regional Headache Conference. As a result, we need to reschedule it for 2011. We are working as quickly as possible to come up the new date and location and I will provide you and your readers with updated information as soon as possible.

All registration fees will be refunded; all registrants will receive advance notice of the new date/time and prioritized access to the event. This is only a temporary delay and the 2011 conferences will kick-off on March 5, 2011 in Augusta GA with a special agenda focused on the rapidly rising number of veterans of the wars in the Mideast who are experiencing migraine and other headache disorders. I will have more details on that for you soon.
